Did you notice that 2013 was declared “the year of water co-operation”? No? Those U.N. declarations have become so easily ignored because the U.N. has done so much to discredit itself —however it is still interesting to see that they admit the link between water scarcity and meat production on their own website dedicated to the subject (click).

However, the U.N. doesn’t exactly have a monopoly on virtue; it is interesting to see the vegan restaurant chain (and religion) “Loving Hut” is also pressing the issue (click).

no, not “unless they were treated nicely” but entirely, without further ado without compromise, absolutely, forever. i want the human species to wholly abolish their unjust dominion over nonhumans. i want you to question why it is that you would audaciously defend your consumption of the mothers milk from a whole other species, i want you to question why you are deliberately depriving calves from their motherly embrace and nourishment for something your body does not require instead of getting it from your own mother, effectively dooming these cows and their children to slavery and certain death. i want to know how you ever came to accept this astronomical measure of violence for a bowl of cereal.

if the idea of consuming human mothers milk at your current age grosses you out - but cow’s milk seems totally fine to you - you’re part of the plague that’s killing this planet and everyone inhabiting it.
