EP31: Real Talk with Vegan Superstar Ari Solomon!

Honestly, guys…never a dull moment.  There’s a quote from one of my favorite songs, Extraordinary Machine by Fiona Apple, that goes…

…but I’m good at being uncomfortable so I can’t stop changing all the time.

Best explanation ever.  I’m often overwhelmed by how quickly my life moves…but it’s definitely exhilarating and dammit, I’m good at it.  And so it goes.

I know, I’m being super hipster-cryptic right now - I’ll stop.  But know that big announcements are coming up (aren’t they always?) and have faith that forward is the only direction I know.  Seriously.  Ask my boxing coaches and muay Thai Kru.

Red Radio Episode Thirty One is one of my favorites so far.  I had such a great time chatting with vegan advocate and animal activist Ari Solomon - he and I are definitely kindred spirits and it was awesome to learn about his world.  I also included a particularly biting Compassionate Clip of the Week to rev your engines a little bit.  You know how I do!

EP9 Show Notes!

What’s crackin’, y’all?!

I’m getting so much amazing feedback already from Red Radio EP9…I was more ‘myself’ in this episode than ever before, so I’m glad to hear you guys are on my wavelength for the most part!  I finally feel like I’m starting to relax in front of the microphone and I’m glad to be finding my feet.  I’ll need ‘em; there’s a ton of amazing stuff coming up very soon.  Eee!
