EP47: West Coast Fresh Veggie Lauren & More!

Never fear, folks… all is well at Casa Roja.  There were some pretty serious winds out there, and the rain was falling sideways, but we had power/internet/an open deli throughout the whole storm and Basil spent most of the event curled up with us in the bed.  I reeeeeeaaallly need to get back to work (and the gym), but everything’s hunky dory on our side of things.  Sending love and blessings to those who weren’t so lucky. 

Recorded just as the city was shutting down for Sandy, I had SO MUCH FUN chatting with my good friend Lauren for Red Radio Episode Forty Seven!  She’s really honest about her journey and I even learned some things about her I didn’t know.  Plus, I go crazy over the worlds greatest coconut water and play a clip about Dairy Cows by Jonathan Mann and Ivory King.  Super sweet, yo!

EP28 Show Notes!

Hey Party People!

Seriously, how super-cool is Rich Roll?  Pretty much the coolest, and the ‘My Dad Can Beat Up Your Dad’ factor is high, too.  What a cool dude. I really can’t wait to see him at The Seed in TEN FRIGGIN’ DAYS. (omg)
