EP46 & EP47 Show Notes (Double Trouble!)

Welp, guys… considering my internet connection is spotty right now (the dang storm is OVER; enough already!), and also the fact that this may be the last time I have to sit down in front of my computer until… I don’t even know when…. I’m gonna go ahead and crank out two episodes worth of Show Notes in one pretty little blog post.  Take that, internet!

Alrighty, so here’s what we got going here…

Red Radio EP46: Veteran Activist Liz White Talks ‘Saving Dinah’ & More!

Red Radio EP47:  West Coast Fresh Veggie Lauren & More!

(Yes, that’s the notorious Philly Whispers between us)

That should just about do it, kids…stay tuned for Lauren’s Fresh Veggies Questionnaire!

EP27: A Conversation with Nargus; Vegan Athlete, Artist & Inspiration

I’m pretty pumped to have had the opportunity to chat with the lovely Nargus Harounzadeh for Red Radio Episode Twenty-Seven.  Aside from the pure wow-factor, I think we can all agree that the word ‘inspiring’ can be used enthusiastically in this case - I can’t wait to talk to her about my own fitness/nutrition goals!  And I’m SO EXCITED to see what she has in store for her live art exhibit at The Seed in a few weeks!  EEE!

And yeah, I got a little out of line with my rant on the human embarrassment that was the ‘Great’ GoogaMooga Festival.  I admit it.  And I don’t regret it.  (Also: Really?  A cartoon pig wearing sunglasses in the logo?  How far up asses do heads even go?)

Check it out!

In Episode Twenty-Seven, Erin Red interviews vegan artist, athlete, teacher, scholar and all-around superwoman Nargus Harounzedeh about her journey to veganism, her athletic and artistic prowess, and the unbelievable accident that changed her life forever.  Plus, Nargus and Red discuss her upcoming live art exhibit at The Seed: A Vegan Experience in June!  And the Steamed Veggies Segment makes a particularly snarky return as Erin Red waxes poetic about Brooklyn’s Googamooga Festival.  Remember:  Red Radio is 100% listener supported!  Please consider donating by visiting Erin Red and Red Radio at erinred.com and clicking the DONATE button!  You can also read her blog at erinred.tumblr.com, and find her on Facebook and Twitter @erinred.
