EP45 Show Notes!

You know, sometimes this podcasting thing is a drama-filled roller coaster ride!  Srsly.  Case in point:  I just spent the last four hours prepping and writing for a pretty major interview, only to have Skype royally screw me.  All that work for nada!  Alright well not nada… I was (very luckily) able to reschedule the interview.  But I mean c’mon, son!  My schedule is ridonkulous enough already!  WT ever loving F?!

Alright, I’m done.  No need to call the WAAAHHH-mbulance, I’m over it.

MOVING ON.

Welp, I’ve provided you all AMPLE time to check out my main homegirls Shane and Sia Barbi in Red Radio EP45 - they’re passionate enough for all of us, don’t miss it!  Show notes, yo!

That should do it…EP46 Notes coming up in two shakes of a beet’s greens!

EP42 Show Notes!

Guys, are you all pooping at least two or three times a day?  I sure hope so, and after the amazing feedback I received from Red Radio EP42 there’s really no excuse anymore.  Y’all should be lean, mean, poop machines.

I call my cats poop machines sometimes.  But I digress.  On to the show notes!!!!

I think that’s all she wrote for EP42, kids.  Stay regular and tune in for the EP43 notes, coming up next!

Big Things Poppin’

Hallo friends!

Yikes…hard to believe it’s been nearly two months since my last post. Not for nothing, I promise you; the past 54 days have included some pretty major business.

1. I moved with my boyfriend and cats from one end of Brooklyn to the other. I’ll miss BedStuy (do or die), but I’m simply in love with the charming one bedroom we now call home in Flatbush.

The place is perfect and we have many local friends - including Jamie and Allison of Citizen Radio. Eventually we’ll have a little shindig to bless the space but for now we’re snug as bugs in rugs. Win!

2. I successfully - albeit gruelingly - completed a five day Organic Avenue LoveDEEP juice cleanse (as per my last post). You can read all about it on Vegansaurus HERE. It was a truly fascinating journey and I’m super glad I had the opportunity to experience it.

What’s more: I haven’t had caffeinated coffee since the day I started the cleanse! As a former Venti-a-Day slave to Starbucks, I now consider myself to be a coffee lover who avoids caffeine. I still enjoy a Venti on most days, but it’s decaf, and I feel just fine without it. Win!

3. My Kickstarter project, Red Radio, was an amazing success! You guys brought my final funding to a mind-blowing 123% and I was really astounded by the outpouring of support and anticipation of the show. Since my funding came through a week ago, I’ve started putting the necessary hardware together and planning my launch with Jamie and Allison. I will go live this fall, and will likely record with them again in the meantime.

If you’re still interested in supporting my forthcoming podcast and enjoying some great radio, please become a member at Citizen Radio. Once they reach 700 members, my show will be produced. Win!

4. Speaking of Citizen Radio, I recorded a second episode with them a couple weeks ago which you can find HERE.

Check it out and let me know what you think! I answer some listener mail and we talk about all the important stuff, like muay Thai, adoption versus breeding, and boobs. Win!

Aside from the overload of kickass above, I have two other MAJOR projects in the works, about which I cannot divulge just yet. One is just around the corner, so I’ll be able to spill soon. The other is HUGE and bigger than any project I’ve yet tackled, so I have to keep mum for a while longer. The anticipation is killing me, but I promise it’ll rock worlds. Plural!

And so here is my final promise for today: Effective immediately, I promise to blog at least once a week from here on out. With everything else going on (not to mention my full time and part time jobs) I’ve been totally negligent with my personal blog. You and I deserve better! So even if it’s a quick post, product review, or tyrannical rant, I promise to touch base weekly.

After all, that’s why it exists in the first place, right?

Stay tuned,
xo Erin Red
